Jim and Jeff formerly owned Jeffrey James Financial Planning in Liverpool, NY from 1993 until 1999 and merged with another planning firm from 1999 to 2003. With a strong desire to offer fee-based financial planning and a unique planning process, Wealth Resources Network was born in 2003.
